THE STORY
This unique coffee begins with the creation of a mother culture using tropical fruit nectar, in this case from the Citrullus family (for this particular coffee watermelon) which enhances the coffees natural sweetness and high Brix levels. Once the fermentation process is completed the coffee is rinsed clean and then sent through a wet mill to remove the outer cherry preventing the seed from absorbing all of the those funky aromatics. The resulting taste is a fruit explosion in the mouth, with notes of watermelon, candy and sugarcane. A balanced and delicate finish makes this a truly unique coffee Rodrigo proud to share.
